Return and Exchange Conditions
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, with some exceptions. Please note that the 7-day return policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange:
You have received an incorrect product.
The product is damaged during transit.
Size issues (applicable to all products).
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized jewelry, unless the jewelry is damaged or incorrectly made.
Perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.

Initiate Return Request:
You can initiate a return request from our website or app. Alternatively, our Customer Support team can guide you through the process.
Availability for Pick-Up:
Be available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If unavailable, the reverse pick-up may be canceled, and the process will need to be re-initiated.
Original Packaging:
Ensure the product is in its original packaging, with all bills and other documents intact.
Quality Check:
Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality Check team will inspect the jewelry to ensure it is undamaged and unused.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after approval from our Quality Check team.
In cases of missing items in return orders, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
Evidence for Claims:
If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process the request.
Refund Process
Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.
The refund will be credited to the customer's bank account.
Shipping Costs:
Non-refundable shipping charges at the time of order placement.
Phoenix Jewels will bear the shipping costs if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges, which will be Rs. 100.
For returns of silver rings, a Rs. 100 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund. If charges exceed Rs. 70, the excess will be adjusted against the refund.
Replacement & Exchange
Conditions for Replacement & Exchange:
Replacement or exchange can be availed as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns.
Replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
