Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations
• Order Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order as the processing and shipment might have already begun.

Refunds
• Refund Policy: We do not offer monetary refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one or provide you with an option to purchase items of higher value.
• Eligibility for Refund/Exchange: Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Return Process: If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will guide you through the process, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be ₹100 for both prepaid and COD orders.
Non-Refundable Conditions
• Custom or Personalized Items: We do not offer returns or refunds for custom-made or personalized jewelry items.
• Minor Color or Size Variations: Please note that due to lighting and screen resolution, there may be slight variations in color and size. These will not be grounds for returns or refunds.
